East Cobb Real Estate

Established neighborhoods, swim/tennis communities and quick access to the Chattahoochee.

East Cobb is the unincorporated part of Cobb County between the Marietta Square, Roswell and the Chattahoochee River. Most homes carry a Marietta address, and the area is known for tree-lined subdivisions built from the 1970s onward, many with their own pool, tennis and pickleball courts.

Mary grew up in Marietta and has helped buyers and sellers here since 2002, so she can tell you how two neighborhoods a mile apart really compare.

The river

The Cochran Shoals and Johnson Ferry units of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area have miles of flat trails along the water.

Shopping & dining

Getting around
