• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

When we receive a complete notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and, where the content came from FMLS, notify FMLS and the listing brokerage so it can be corrected at the source.
